Brushed Nickel Lag Bolt, Spacer, and Washer

my new barn door looks outstanding with the Brushed nickel hardware, and I most say the the customer service with this company is great.

I never received this item? I ordered it , but I never got it.

The extension works great don’t know it’s there smooth all the way on bar

When I received the package that my lag bolt, etc. was shipped in the envelope had been torn and it was empty. I looked up Homacer's phone number called them to explain the situation. They immediately shipped out my replacement parts and within a couple of days they arrived in the normal shipping envelop this time wrapped with plastic so the shipping envelop would not get torn again.
If I ever need barn door/slider hardware Homacer is the first place I will go to get it...
