I sent photos of the issue I was having with my double Barn Doors.
She spoke with the techs and they had an immediate solution. She forwarded a link to make the additional purchase. I ordered the rollers and it took over a week to get them?
I’m in the process of installing them now. Not the best installation instructions… That aside, it’s fortunate that I’m handy with tools. I was surprised by my original order. Nothing was pre-drilled, I had to trim the bottom of the doors, AND router a slot in the bottom of the doors, secure the head rails only to learn that the safety stops on the top of the door where getting knocked off by the splice hardware as delivered!!
The bottom “T’s” as provided as door guides didn’t receive the routed channel either!
The Barn Doors are of excellent quality and value. I love them, however, future buyers beware,
“Some Assembly Required” is an understatement!
