Perfect for what I needed

After weeks of trying to make my project work I called and talked with a lovely young lady named Ms. Ronger. She worked with me to try and get the best finished job I could. Extremely knowledgeable and quick with the items I needed to complete my task. I took her wisdom and some of my own to finish a well designed job and my wife just LOVES IT. Brownie points I really needed.

The quality of the product looks great and well made. The only comment I would make is that the Floor Guide should feel the same as the rest of the hardware and be of a higher quality material - I hope it does not break. Last - note that the installation instructions included show the hanger I got and shows the dimension to the first drilled hole as 2 1/4". It was clear to me that was not correct and figured it out on my own. Looking at your online instructions they have it right. You should correct that so someone does not make a mistake.

Super simple ordering, the instructions and product information was excellent. And the customer service to order additional parts was impressive.
