  • ADJUSTABLE SPACER SET: The kit comes with an adjustable spacer set that allows our hardware to fit door thickness 1in to 2in for top mount hardware and 1in to 1 3/8in for front mount hardware.
  • EASY TO INSTALL: Easy-to-follow installation manuals and bottom pivot locator allow for a smooth and quick assembly. Our innovative locator helps you find where the bottom pivot of your door should sit in just a few simple steps!
  • TRACK LENGTH: Track 90in and under is only one piece track. Track 96in and above are connected by 2 tracks using a junction plate. For these longer tracks, the distance from the last hole of the first track to the first hole of the second track might not be exactly 16in, thus a header board is suggested if the studs do not line up with the track. Please check the below track combination diagram for further details.
  • HIGH QUALITY: Our solid metal track is 1.5in wide x 1/4in thick premium carbon steel. High-quality nylon wheels are equipped to ensure minimal noise and silent gliding at all times.
  • SAFETY & SECURITY: Our modern metal design allows for heavy duty usage, fitting door weights to a total of 220lbs (track bearing) and 180lbs per roller set. 3 sets of door hinges are provided for extra security to hold the doors safely in your home.
  • THINGS TO KNOW: The hardware package only has lag bolts for wooden walls/drywall; you need at least 7" clearance space for the hardware's functionality

THINGS TO KNOW

Here are some things to know before making your final decision to purchase.

Header Board

Our tracks are American Standard 16" Spacing. The longest one-piece track is 7.5ft. For tracks 8ft and above, multiple tracks are used. A Header Board is recommended for tracks 8ft and above for uneven hole spacing where tracks combine. It is also useful if your opening has trim, as it allows the track system to extend further off the wall to prevent the door from hitting the trim. Spacer extenders maybe used for trim existence too.

Door Thickness

The hardware is compatible with door thickness from 1 3/8" to 1 3/4". If you have a door that falls out of this range, you can purchase shorter or longer hex bolts with the part# provided below. You will see more details about how to choose the correct length of the hex bolts for your doors on the description of the hex bolt product page.

Door Weight

All our hardware kits included the standard black nylon wheels, these wheels provide noise reduction when rolling. Each of our systems can withstand 220lbs. The metal wheels for heavier doors are recommended if the total weight of the door(s) on the system is 150lbs and above. The metal wheels are sold separately on Amazon with part# provided below.
